某型森林消防运兵车怠速工况下的结构噪声分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决某型森林消防运兵车怠速工况下噪声过大的问题,对车身结构噪声进行了计算分析。通过建立车身有限元及车内声场边界元模型,结合实验得到的车身悬置怠速振动对白车身做频响分析,并将分析结果映射到声场边界元模型中,基于声学边界元法计算车内声场及乘员耳旁声压,对车身板件做板块贡献量分析,找到对车内噪声贡献量较大的板块,可为后续改进研究提供理论依据。 In order to solve the problem with too large noise made by a certain type of forest firefighting soldier carrier under an idling mode,calculation analysis of the noise of the body structure is conducted and a body finite element and interior sound field boundary element model is established.Based on the idle vibration of body mount obtained by experiment frequency response analysis of the body-in-white is made,with the analysis result mapped to the sound field boundary element model.Based on the acoustic boundary element method,the sound field in the car and the sound pressure by the ears of passengers are calculated,and the panel contribution amount analysis of body panels is made to find the panel that contributes most to the noise inside the car,which can provide theoretical basis for subsequent improvement study.
