盆式调谐/颗粒阻尼器在风力发电塔振动控制中的实测研究 被引量:10

摘要 基于调谐质量阻尼器和颗粒阻尼器的工作原理,提出了一种适用于风力发电塔架振动控制的盆式调谐/颗粒阻尼器.为了研究阻尼器的减振效果,以某1.5 MW陆上风机为样机,设计、制作并分阶段将阻尼器安装在塔顶平台.在塔顶布置加速度传感器测得急停工况和正常运行工况下风力发电塔顶部的动力响应.采用峰值法得到急停工况下塔架的一阶模态阻尼比,采用散点法得到运行工况下阻尼器的减振效率.实测分析结果表明,该阻尼器不仅可以有效增加急停工况下塔架垂直主轴方向的一阶模态阻尼比,还可有效减小大风条件下风机运行工况下塔架的振动. Based on the work principles of the tuned mass damper and particle damper,a novel basin tuned and particle damper was proposed to suppress the vibration in wind turbine tower.Choosing an onshore wind turbine with a rated power output of1.5MW as an experimental prototype,the proposed damper was designed,fabricated and installed on the top platform.The dynamic responses under the case of emergency shut-down and normal operation were obtained by acceleration transducers installed on the top of the wind turbine tower.And then the first order modal damping ratios of wind turbine tower in emergency shut-down case were analyzed by time domain peak values.The scatter graph method was proposed to analyze the control effectiveness of the damper in normal operation.The measurement shows that the damper can effectively increase the first order modal damping ratio of the tower along the fore-aft direction of the wind turbine tower in emergency shut-down case,and suppress the wind-induced vibration of the tower in the normal operation.
