教材建设直接关系到教学质量,而目前绝大部分高职教育职业指导教材质量不高,只重理论说教,忽视素质训练,没有体现职业教育理念。高职教育职业指导教材的改革创新刻不容缓,教材建设中,一定要贯彻以能力为本位的职业教育理念,把职业素质和求职技能培养设计为一个个项目,以项目为载体展开训练,让学生成为活动的主体,在训练中培养素质提高能力,以期实现更高质量职业指导。

The construction of teaching materials is directly related to the teaching quality.Currently,the quality of the teaching materials for higher vocational career guidance is not high invast majority of higher vocational colleges.These teaching materials only focus on the didactic theoriesbut do not reflect the vocational education theories and ignore the quality training.Thus the reformand innovation of higher vocational career guidance materials are urgent.In the process of teachingmaterial construction,we should adhere to the ability based vocational education theory,design theprofessional quality and employment skills training into projects,take the projects as the carrier toundertake cultivation,let the students become the main body and improve the quality and ability inthe training,in order to achieve higher quality career guidance.
