中高职衔接是构建现代职教体系的核心内容,是促进中高职协调发展、畅通职业教育向上发展通道的前提和关键。然而,对当前中高职衔接人才培养体系进行诊断,存在生源结构衔接不畅、培养目标衔接不准、专业课程衔接不实的问题。其改进和优化就是要以"一体化人才培养"为主线,通过中高职发展定位的贯通、培养目标的贯通、专业课程的贯通,实现中高职教育以及更高层次职业教育的协调发展。

Secondary and higher vocational cohesion is the core content of constructing modernvocational education system.It is also the premise and key to promoting secondary and higher vocationalcoordinated development and unblocking the development channel of vocational education.However,thediagnosis of the current secondary and higher vocational cohesive talent cultivation system shows thatthere are problems such as the poor convergence of student sources connection,incorrect cultivationobjectives and professional curriculum cohesion.The improvement and optimization measures are to takethe integrated talent cultivation as the principal line to realize the coordinated development of secondaryand higher vocational education and higher level vocational education through the cohesions of secondaryand higher vocational development position,cultivation objectives and professional curriculum.
