关于职业类大学生社团建设创新的思考---以江苏职业院校大学生社团建设为例

Thoughts on the innovation of Vocational College Students' Association Construction:A Case Study

社团是大学生展示自我的舞台,在大学生业余生活中发挥着重要的作用。职业院校以职业能力培养为教育目标,社团建设也体现了职业特色——职业(专业)与社团建设相对接,产生了职业类社团。本文在对江苏省国示范职业院校中职业类大学生社团调查的基础上,研究职业类社团在大学生专业学习发挥的促进作用,发展过程中存在的的问题,从而对职业院校职业类社团在发展中如何去除弊端、进行创新性发展做出了有益的思考。

Associations,which play an important role in college students'spare time,are thestage for college students to show themselves.Vocational colleges take professional ability training astheir educational objective,while association construction also embodies professional characteristics-profession and association construction are relatively connected,resulting in professional associations.Based on the survey of the professional associations in demonstration vocational colleges in JiangsuProvince,this paper researches the promotion function of professional associations to college students’professional learning,reveals the problems existing in the development process,and then makes someuseful thinking on how to remove the defects and undertake innovative development for professionalassociations in vocational colleges.
