中国素称文明古国、礼义之邦，拥有博大精深的人文精神遗产，讲求文明伦理道德，注重行为规范。面对当今社会所出现的理想信念缺失、价值观念扭曲、伦理道德沦丧、社会公共秩序崩溃等诸多乱象，我们很有必要在加强“法治”的同时，强化“德治”，以新的视野，重新审视中华传统文化，发掘中华优秀传统文化的时代价值，寻找传统文化与当代先进文化的结合点，重拾中华优秀传统文化之精华，构建具有中国特色的现代伦理文明，实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”。

China,as an ancient civilization and a civilized nation,has a broad and profound humanisticspirit heritage.Chinese people emphasize the civilization of ethics and pay much attention to the codes of behavior.In face of the lack of good faith,the distortion of values,the collapse of ethics morals and public order andother chaos appeared in today’s society,it is necessary for us to strengthen both the“rule oflaw”and the“ruleof virtue”.With a new vision,we should re-examine the traditional Chinese culture,explore the value of it inthis era,look for a combination of traditional culture and contemporary one,regain the essence of Chinese excellenttraditional culture,and construct modem ethical civilization with Chinese characteristics,in the purposeof realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation"Chinese dream."
