基于“双一流”建设的民办高校内部治理结构改革探析

Research on the Internal Governance Structure of Private Universities:Based on the New Policy "Top University,Top Specialty"

“双一流”建设是党和国家教育战略的重要举措，民办高校势必努力进取，争取建成“一流学院、一流专业”学校。但民办高校“一流学院、一流专业”建设的推动，必须在良好的内部治理结构环境下进行，这就需要理清民办高校内部治理结构与“双一流”建设的关系，充分认识民办高校内部治理结构存在的问题，积极探索基于“双一流”建设的民办高校内部治理结构，从而达到办人民满意的教育的目的。

Xi'an Fanyi University,as a private one,should also be committed to the construction of DoubleTops which is an important measure of the Party and the country,aiming at"top university and top specialties".However,the aim can be fulfilled only when the university is governed under a right structure.Therefore,Xi'an Fanyi University should probe into problems existing in its governance structure,and clarify the relationshipbetween its governance and the construction of Double Tops so that it can achieve the goal of"educationmeets the needs of the people",based on its own experience.
