摘要
民办高校图书馆工作人员的服务态度、服务方式、服务质量如何,直接影响着图书管理工作的效率,以及在以师生为主要读者对象心目中的地位声誉和评价。创新服务理念,探索新的服务路径,提高服务质量,满足广大师生读者群的需求,应是民办高校图书馆工作的一项重要内容。创新服务理念在民办高校图书馆工作中有着重要意义。
The service attitude,service mode and service quality of the staff at the private university librarydirectly affect the efficiency of the library management,and the status,reputation and evaluation in the minds ofthe teachers and students.It should be an important part of the work of private university libraries to innovateservice concept,explore new service path and improve the quality of service to meet the needs of the broad massesof teachers and students.Therefore,innovative service concept is of great significance in the work of privateuniversity library.
