胃癌术后化疗患者心理弹性与应对方式的相关性研究

Correlation between resilience and coping style among gastric cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy

目的调查胃癌术后化疗患者心理弹性与应对方式的状况及其相关性。方法采用方便抽样法抽取136名胃癌术后化疗患者,分别使用心理弹性量表和简易应对方式量表对其心理弹性和应对方式进行调查。结果胃癌术后化疗患者心理弹性得分相对较低,为(56.66±10.95)分。不同年龄层、医疗方式、疾病分期的患者,其心理弹性得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),相关性分析显示心理弹性与积极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.672,P<0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.209,P<0.05)。结论医护工作者应通过各种干预,提高患者心理弹性水平,以改善其应对方式。

Objective To investigate the status and Correlation between resilience and copingstyle among gastric cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy.Methods The ConnorDavidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)Chinese version and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were delivered to136stomach cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy to investigatetheir resilience and coping style.Results Stomach cancer patients who received postoperativechemotherapy generally had a low resilience score(56.66±10.95).Patients,resilience differed inage,medical payments and staging of disease(P<0.01).The resilience was significantly positivelycorrelated with active coping style(r=0.672,P<0.01),while it was negatively correlated with negativecoping style(r=-0.209,P<0.01).Conclusion Targeted strategies should be provided to stomachcancer patients for improving their resilience,so as to improve their coping style.
