摘要
目的探讨微视频宣教对肝癌介入治疗患者手术认知及护理满意度的影响。方法 80肝癌介入治疗患者随机分成实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组常规宣教方式,实验组在对照组基础上采用微视频宣教。比较2组患者对肝癌介入治疗手术的认知程度及护理宣教工作的满意度。结果实验组患者对肝癌介入治疗手术认知程度及护理宣教工作的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规宣教中加入微视频宣教,可规范宣教内容,提高患者手术知识认知及对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of micro-video assisted health education oncognitive and nursing satisfaction of the patients with interventional therapy for liver cancer.Methods A total of80patients with interventional therapy for liver cancer were randomly dividedinto the study group and the control group,with40cases in each group.Both two groups receivedroutine health education during treatment,and the micro-video assisted health educationwas applied in the study group.The cognitive level on interventional therapy and satisfaction degreeof patients to nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups.ResultsThe cognitive level on interventional therapy and satisfaction degree were higher in the study groupthan those of controls,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of micro-video assisted health education can regulate the educational content and improve the cognitivelevel and nursing satisfaction of the patients.
