积极心理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application of positive psychological intervention for patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨积极心理干预在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取精神分裂症患者100例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上应用积极心理干预,观察2组干预前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、住院时间及随访1年内疾病复发率与危险行为发生率。结果干预后,2组PANSS与BPRS评分均降低,且研究组低于干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间为(85.6±12.3)d,少于对照组的(130.5±15.6)d(P<0.05)。随访1年,研究组精神分裂症复发率及危险行为的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理干预在精神分裂症护理中良好的应用效果,可有效促使疾病康复,缩短住院时间,降低复发率与危险行为的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of positive psychological intervention for patientswith schizophrenia.Methods A total of100patients with schizophrenia were randomly dividedinto the study group and the control group,with50cases in each group.Both two groupsreceived routine care,and the study group was given positive psychological interventions.The patientswere investigated by positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),brief psychiatric ratingscale(BPRS).The length of stay,recurrence rate and incidence of risk behavior within oneyears were compared between two groups.Results The score of PANSS and BPRS were decreasedin both two groups after intervention,and were lower in the study group than those of controls(P<0.05).the length of stay was(85.6±12.3)days in the study group and was(130.5士15.6)days in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After one year followup,the recurrence rate and incidence of risk behavior in the study group was lower than those ofcontrols(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological intervention shows efficacy in promotingthe rehabilitation and preventing the disease recurrence and risk behavior in patients withschizophrenia.
