中药外洗治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及护理

Clinical effect of external application with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease and related nursing measures

目的观察中药外洗治疗手足口病的临床疗效,总结相关护理措施。方法 100例手足口病患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规西医疗法,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药外洗及优质护理干预。观察2组皮疹消退时间及退热时间,比较2组疗效。结果实验组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组皮疹消退及退热时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上,联合中药外洗及优质护理干预能进一步促进手足口病患儿康复。

Objective To observe the Clinical effect of external application with traditionalChinese medicine in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease,and to summarize related nursingmeasures during treatment.Methods A total of100pediatric patients with hand-foot-mouth diseasewere randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with50cases in eachgroup.Both two groups received western medicine therapy,and the external application with traditionalChinese medicine was applied in the study group.The time to rash regression and feverclearance was observed,and the clinical efficacy of treatment was compared between two groups.Results The overall efficacy rate was higher in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05).Patients in the study had earlier time to rash regression and fever clearance compared with those inthe control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to westernmedicine therapy,external application with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the rehabilitationof patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.
