多功能PICC病员服的改良与应用

Improvement and application of multifunction patient dress for PICC

目的探讨多功能经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)病员服的改良与应用。方法 254例超声引导下行PICC置管的患者分为对照组(n=124)和观察组(n=130),对照组穿着传统病员服,观察组穿着改良后多功能PICC病员服。观察2组导管移动、蝶形固定胶布松动情况,比较2组操作前准备时间、舒适度及满意度。结果观察组导管移动和蝶形胶布松动发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组操作前准备时间短于对照组,舒适度和满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良后多功能PICC病员服能减少超声引导下PICC置管患者带管期间导管移动、蝶形胶布松动等并发症,缩短操作准备时间,提高患者舒适度和满意度。

Objective To investigate the improvement measures and application of multifunctionpatient dress for peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods A total of254patientswith ultrasound-guided PICC were randomly divided into the control group(n=124)andthe observation group(n=130).Patients in the control group wore normal patient dress while patientsin the observation group wore multifunction patient dress.The incidence of catheter movementand butterfly-shaped adhesive dislocation were compared between two groups.The preparationtime was recorded and the degree of comfort and satisfaction was evaluated.Results The incidenceof catheter movement and butterfly-shaped adhesive dislocation was lower in the observationgroup than that of controls(P<0.01).The preparation time before PICC placement wasshorter in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01).Patients in the observationgroup were more comfortable and satisfied with PICC operation compared with those in the controlgroup(P<0.01).Conclusion Wearing multifunction patient dress can effectively reduce theincidence of catheter movement and butterfly-shaped adhesive dislocation in patients with PICC.Itcan also reduce the preparation time and improve the comfort degree of patients.
