品管圈活动降低脑出血术后压疮发生率

Effects of quality control cycle activities on postoperative pressure ulcer in cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低脑出血患者术后压疮发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,以品管圈活动开展前(2015年1月—12月)43例脑出血手术患者为对照组,分析术后患者压疮发生的原因,提出改进措施。选取品管圈活动开展后(2016年1月—12月)43例脑出血手术患者为观察组。对比2组脑出血患者术后压疮发生率,评价2组护理人员压疮防范能力。结果观察组患者压疮发生率4.65%,低于对照组20.93%(P<0.05)。观察组护士理论考试和实践能力考核合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动对降低脑出血患者手术压疮发生率和提高护理质量有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle(QCC)activities onpostoperative pressure ulcer in cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods To establish the QCCgroup and selected43cerebral hemorrhage patients as the control group before implementation ofQCC activity(between January,2015and December2015).The potential risk factors of postoperativepressure ulcer were analyzed and nursing countermeasures were carried out.Another43cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected as the observation group after implementation of QCCactivity(between January,2016and December2016).The incidence of postoperative pressureulcer was observed and the theory knowledge and practice on pressure ulcer prevention were evaluated.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was4.65%and was20.93%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The qualified rate in assessmentof theory knowledge and practice on pressure ulcer prevention was higher after implementationof QCC activities(P<0.05).Conclusion The QCC activity is an effective tool to reducethe risk of postoperative pressure ulcer and improve the nursing quality for cerebral hemorrhage patients.
