摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法 120例待行剖宫产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组产妇实施常规剖宫产护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理。观察2组术后疼痛程度、母乳喂养成功率。结果观察组产妇产后疼痛程度较对照组产后程度轻(P<0.05),母乳喂养成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行剖宫产的产妇开展舒适护理干预,对减轻术后疼痛、提高母乳喂养成功率具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention in caesareansection.Methods A total of120puerperants undergoing caesarean section were randomly dividedinto the observation group and the control group,with60cases in each group.Both two groupsreceived routine nursing care,and the comfort nursing intervention was carried out in the observationgroup.The postoperative pain degree,breast-feeding rate were compared between twogroups.Results Puerperants of the observation group had a lower postoperative pain degree andhigher breast-feeding rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe comfort nursing intervention is potentially effective to relieve the postoperative pain and improvethe breast-feeding rate in puerperants after caesarean section.
