追踪方法学在护理安全管理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation on application of tracking methodology in nursing safety management

目的评价追踪方法学在临床护理安全管理之中的应用效果。方法建立追踪管理小组,个案或系统性追踪科内护理不良事件,同时对不良事件危险程度进行分析,给予针对性护理,完善护理制度。对比实施前(2016年4月—9月)和实施后(2016年10月—2017年1月)护理安全管理质量指标。结果实施追踪方法学后,护士管理型和执行型评价指标合格率均高于实施前,其中引流管管理合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理安全管理中应用追踪方法学,对降低护理风险,保障患者安全具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the application of tracking methodology in nursing safetymanagement.Methods A tracer team was set up to follow up the nursing adverse events in anindividual and systematic way.The potential risk of nursing adverse events was analyzed.Thecorresponding measures were provided to improve the efficacy of nursing safety management.Theefficacy of tracking methodology was evaluated before implementation(from April,2016to September,2016)and after implementation(from October,2016to January,2017).Results Thequalified rate in administrative index and executive index were improved after implementation oftracking methodology,and there was a significant difference in qualified rate of drainage tubemanagement before and after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Tracking methodology isan effective tool reduce the risk in nursing safety management.
