噻唑并[3,2-a]嘧啶-5-酮衍生物的合成及其对Fe^(3+)的识别 被引量:1

Synthesis and recognition of Fe^(3+) based on thiazolo[3,2-a] pyrimidin-5-one derivatives

摘要 以丁二酸酐、三乙二醇单甲醚为原料,经酯化、酰化后与7-(3-氨基噻吩并[2,3-b]吡啶-2-基)-噻唑并[3,2-a]嘧啶-5-酮反应,制备荧光探针L,利用核磁和质谱对其结构进行了表征。该探针L可在HEPES溶液中荧光"开-关"识别Fe^(3+),pH在3.4~6.4范围内识别效果较好,其他金属离子没有干扰,检测限可达2.534×10^(-4)M。 The probe L was successfully synthesized by esterification and acylation utilizing succinic anhydride with triethylene gly-col monomethyl ether,and then nucleophilic substitution with7-(3-aminothieno[2,3-6]pyridin-2-yl)thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one.The structure of L was characterized by NMR and Mass spectrum.The fluorescent probe L displays highly selective recognition of Fe3+with a fluorescenceaON-OFF”response in buffered aqueous solution(HEPES1x103mol?L1,pH=6.4).The low limit of detection(2.534x104M),a wide usable pH range from3.4to6.4and non-interference from the other metal ions make it po-tentially applicable for determining Fe3+in aqueous solution.
