发酵法在死猪无害化处理中的研究及应用展望 被引量:3

摘要 我国生猪出栏量已连续3年超7亿头,每年产生约7千万具猪尸体,约合2百万吨的废弃物。大量死猪若不能被及时有效地处理,将会污染环境,带来食品安全问题,危害到公共卫生安全,造成巨大经济损失。死亡动物无害化处理问题日益引起人们的广泛关注。目前,无害化处理方法众多,笔者简述了较受关注的发酵法的概念和分类、研究与应用现状,并展望了其应用前景。 For three consecutive years,China's annual pig slaughter volume and carcasses volume exceeded700million and70million(about2million tons)of waste respectively.If not disposed quickly and effectively,the large number of swine deaths will pollute the environment and can spiral into major food security problems and bring harm to public health security,causing huge economic losses.More concerns have been aroused by the harmless disposal technology to animal morality.At present,there are many harmless treatment methods.The concept and classification of fermentation were introduced and the status quo of research and application prospect of the method are also presented.
