驻京总直部队2011-2015年集中检测饮用水水质结果分析 被引量:5

Results of Centralized Detection of Drinking Water Quality in Headquarters-affiliated Troops Stationed in Beijing between 2011 and 2015

摘要 目的全面了解驻京总直部队近5年来饮用水水质状况及变化规律,为驻守大中城市部队的饮用水卫生监督及指导用水安全提供科学依据。方法回顾分析2011-2015年间驻京总直部队水质监测结果。市政自来水及自备井水按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)进行水样采集和检测,按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)进行水质评价;桶装纯净水按照《瓶(桶)装饮用纯净水卫生标准》(GB 17324-2003)进行检测和评价。结果 2011-2015年间驻京总直部队饮用水总体合格率为69.4%,合格率比较:市政自来水>自备井水>桶装纯净水。市政自来水及自备井水的主要超标项目为微生物指标及感官指标,毒理学超标项目主要集中在硝酸盐氮;桶装纯净水电导率不达标问题比较突出;近2年来市政自来水的平均总硬度比前3年降低约30%。结论驻京总直部队饮用水卫生学问题集中,尤其是微生物指标超标可能造成水媒性疾病的暴发或传播。应加强对自备井水水源及二次供水储输水设施的管理与防护,规范清洗及消毒措施,加强对部队桶装纯净水生产过程的监督管理,加大水质监测力度,确保官兵饮用水安全。 Objective To find out about the change patterns of the quality of drinking water used by the headquarters-affiliated troops stationed in Beijing over the past five years so as to provide data and guidance for health supervision of drinking water quality for troops in urban areas.Methods The samples of running water and self-owned well water were collected and detected according to the Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water(GB/T5750-2006),and the results were evaluated according to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB5749-2006).The samples of barreled purified water were examined and evaluated according to Hygienic Standards for Bottled Purified Water for Drinking(GB17324-2003).Results The total qualified rate of all the samples tested between2011and2015was69.4%.The qualified rate of running water was higher than that of self-owned well water,while the qualified rate of barreled purified water was the lowest.The main ineligible indexes for running water and self-owned well water were microbial and sensory ones,and substandard toxicological indexes were mostly related to nitrate.Conductivity was the main substandard index for barreled purified water.The average values of total hardness of running water decreased by about30%over the past two years.Conclusion The hygienic problems with drinking water for the headquarters-affiliated troops stationed in Beijing are relatively serious.As a particular concern,serious microbiological contamination might lead to explosion and spread of water-bome diseases.It is necessary to s ngthen the protection of setf-owned water resources,the administration of storage and conveyance facilities of secondary water supply,cleaning and disinfection,as well as the supervision of the production of barreled purified water.Finally,water monitoring should be made more frequent to ensure the safety of drinking water for troops.
