应用HACCP原理对苏南地区30家食品生产企业有害生物防治效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的对依据HACCP原理建立的有害生物防控体系实施效果进行评价。方法根据HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)原理建立食品生产企业HACCP有害生物防治计划,组织实施近5年,应用鼠密度、侵害率、密度下降率等指标评价防治效果。结果鼠类、爬虫类和飞虫类有害生物侵害率分别下降了61.3%、64.1%和67.1%,均存在显著差异(P<0.01),防治效果显著。结论虫控企业依据HACCP原理制实施有害生物防治计划效果显著,是食品生产企业保障食品安全的重要依据。 Objective To evaluate the effect of pest prevention and control accroding to HACCP principles.Methods A pest prevention and control plan was worked out according to HACCP principles and was implemented for nearly five years.The effect of pest control was assessed according to such indicators as the rat density,violation rate and the decrease of the density rate.Results The violation rate related to rats,reptiles,and insects fell by61.3%,64.1%and67.1%respectively(P<0.01)and the difference was significant,which suggested that the control effect was remarkable.Conclusion Pest control in line with HACCP can achieve a remarkable effect,and HACCP can help food factories to ensure the safety of foods.
