唐山部分城乡居民健康相关行为及健康状况调查与分析

Health-related Behavior and Health Status of Urban and Rural Residents in Tangshan

目的了解唐山市居民的健康状况,为政府部门制订城乡居民健康方案并采取相应的疾病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,依据《唐山市居民健康状况调查问卷》,对唐山市部分居民的健康相关行为及健康状况进行调查,采用卡方检验进行统计推断分析。结果在调查人群中,不合理膳食达到33.5%,口味偏重达16.4%,吸烟率和饮酒率为31.4%和34.6%,睡眠不满意的占7.5%.,经常锻炼仅占26.7%,会感到郁闷人占9.2%,对人际关系不满意的有3.5%,能方便得到卫生服务利用率高达89.5%,唐山市居民疾病的前五位分别是是牙病(10.1%)、胃肠溃疡/胃炎(10.0%)、高血压(8.4%)、心脏病(6.1%)和脑血栓(2.2%)。结论居民健康状况与健康行为密切相关,建议据此科学制订疾病防控措施。

Objective To find out about the health status of residents in Tangshan,and provide data for governmental departments to formulate health programs and take disease prevention and control measures.Methods Based on the stratified cluster sampling method,the health-related behaviors and health status of residents in Tangshan were investigated according to a questionnaire on residents^health status.The chi-square test was used to analyze the data.Results In the populations surveyed,the rate of undesirable diet was33.5%,the rate of high salt diet was16.4%,the rate of smoking and drinking was31.4%and34.6%respectgively,and rate of poor sleep was7.5%Regular exercisers accounted for26.7%of the people surveyed,the rate of depression was9.2%,those who were dissatisfied with interpersonal relationships accounted for3.5%,and those with easy access to healthcare services made up89.5%.The top five diseases among residents of Tangshan were dental disease(10.1%),gastrointestinal ulcer/gastritis10.0%),hypertension(8.4%),heart disease(6.1%)and cerebral thrombosis(2.2%).Conclusion There is a close relationship between the health status of residents and their health behavior.
