摘要
胰岛素抵抗是肥胖、高脂血症和2型糖尿病等代谢性疾病的主要发病机制之一。胰岛素抵抗的发生机制复杂,至今仍不十分清楚。近年来的研究显示,自噬参与胰岛素抵抗发生过程,其机制可能是通过胰岛素信号转导通路、氧化应激、内质网应激以及游离脂肪酸途径。本文就自噬的基本概念及在胰岛素抵抗中的可能作用机制作一综述。
Insulin resistance is one of the main pathogenesises of metabolic diseases such as obesity,hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus type2.The mechanism of insulin resistance is complex and is still not very clear.In recent years,many studies have shown that autophagy is involved in insulin resistance,the mechanisms of which may be through insulin signal transduction pathways,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress and free fatty acids.The purpose of this review is to shed light on the role of autophagy in insulin resistance and its possible mechanism.
