内镜辅助耳后微创入路治疗髁突中低位骨折

Endoscopic assisted minimally invasive approach for the treatment of low-grade condylar fractures

摘要 目的探讨内镜辅助耳后微创入路治疗髁突中低位骨折的可行性。方法经过耳后切口进入到髁突外侧,利用内镜辅助完成髁突骨折复位内固定,重建正常咬合关系。结果复位固定60例患者,术后无面神经损伤,张口度正常,张口型无偏斜,咬合关系正常。结论内镜辅助耳后微创入路复位与固定髁突中低位骨折安全,缩短手术时间,减少了创伤,瘢痕隐蔽。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of endoscopic assisted minimally invasive approach for the treatment of mid-low condylar fracture.Methods Through the earlobe incision exposed condylar fractures,then used endoscopic assisted completion of condylar fracture reduction internal fixation,reconstructed the normal occlusal relationship.Results60patients with condylar fractures surgery,there was no facial nerve injury after surgery,and the occlusal relationship was normal.Conduaion Endoscopic assisted minimally invasive approach for the treatment of mid-low condylar fracture is safe,shortening the operation time,reducing the trauma,scar is not obvious.
