某三甲中医院急诊室中医护理技术开展现况分析

Implementation status of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine nursing operation in emergency department of a certain hospital

目的调查急诊科中医护理操作技术临床应用现状及护理人员对中医技术应用存在问题和发展前景的认识。方法采用回顾性调查方法对江苏省中医院2016年1月—12月急诊就诊过程中接受中医护理技能的患者进行分析,调查患者一般资料、中医护理技术运用状况、护士对中医护理技术临床实施的认知。结果急诊科中医护理技能按使用频次排名前4位的依次为中药外敷、中药擦浴、刮痧和拔火罐;主要治疗病种为急性扭伤,急性痈、疔、疖,外感发热;护理人力资源紧缺、缺乏医嘱、中医护理项目收费偏低、患者认可度较低是中医护理技能在急诊推广的主要障碍;82.1%的护士认可中医护理操作技能发展前景。结论急诊科中医护理操作技术在急诊中医优势病种中应用良好,但是科学配置人力资源、规范中医护理收费等将有助于中医护理技术在急诊科的开展。

Objective To investigate the implementation condition of nursing of traditionalChinese medicine(TCM)nursing operation in emergency department of a certain hospital,andnurse’s awareness on potential problems and future development of TCM nursing operation.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to those patients who received TCM operation atemergency department between January,2016and December,2016.The implementation conditionand awareness of nurses on TCM operation were comprehensively analyzed.Results Themost frequently used TCM operation was external application of Chinese medicine,followed bysponge bath,scraping therapy and cupping therapy.The acute wrick,c a l^uncle,furuncle and exogenousfever were most common disease obser-ved.The main problem limiting the application ofTCM operation in emergency department was human resources shortages,medical order,lowercharge and lower recognition in patients.Most nurses(82.1%)recognized the future developmentof TCM nursing operation.Conclusion Rationally allocating of human resources andstandardization of charges are key points to improve the application of TCM operation in emergencynursing area.
