护理本科生职业价值观与临床实践行为的相关性研究

Study on correlations between professional values and clinical practice behavior among undergraduate student nurses

目的了解护理本科生职业价值观、临床实践行为的现状及二者的相关性。方法选取全日制护理本科生82名,应用职业价值观量表、临床实践行为测评量表进行测评。结果护理本科生职业价值观总均分为(3.31±0.55)分;临床实践行为总均分为(3.32±0.73)分;临床实践行为与职业价值观呈显著正相关(r=0.87,P<0.01)。结论护理本科生职业价值观影响其临床实践行为。

Objective To investigate the correlations between professional values and clinicalpractice behavior among undergraduate student nurses.Methods Totally82full-time nursingstudents were investigated by0occupational values of the scale and clinical practice behavior assessmentscale.Results The score of professional values of nursing undergraduate was(3.31士0.55)and clinical practice behavior was(3.32±0.73).The professional values was positivelyrelated to clinical practice behavior among undergraduate nursing students(r=0.87,p<0.01).Conclusion Professional values could influence clinical practice behavior of undergraduatestudent nurses.
