血糖管理系统在初始基础胰岛素治疗患者中的应用

The effect of blood glucose management system on the control of blood glucose in patients with initial basal insulin therapy

目的探讨血糖管理系统在初始使用基础胰岛素控制患者血糖中的应用。方法采用自身前后对照的研究方法,收集某三甲医院内分泌科初始使用基础胰岛素治疗的住院患者68例,应用血糖管理系统对患者出院后的第1、2、4、8、12周进行电话随访,询问患者空腹血糖(FPG)、基础胰岛素使用剂量及自护行为变化并记录研究。结果除3例患者失访外,其余患者FPG、基础胰岛素使用剂量、自护能力均有明显的变化,与干预前相比,干预后第12周患者FPG下降明显(P<0.01)。结论血糖管理系统的应用实现了对初始基础胰岛素治疗患者出院后相关数据的动态管理与分析,提高了患者的自护行为及依从性,进而使其血糖得到了更好地控制。

Objective Toinvestigate the effec to fblood glucose management system on the control of blood glucose in patients with initia lbasal insulin therapy.Methods This self controlled study included68patients with initial use of insulin therapy.All patients receivedthhone follow-up by glucose management systemat1,2,4,8,12weeks after discharge.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),basal insulindoseand self-care behavior changes were recorded and analyzed.ResultsThere were three patients lost to follow-up.The FPG,basalinsulin dose and self-carea bility were improved inrest of patients after intervention.The FPG level was decreasedsignificantat12weeks after discharge compared with that at before discharge(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of blood glucose management systemc and ynamically manage and analysis of the follow-updata and therelateddata of the patients with initialbasalinsulin the rapy during follow-up.It is effective to improve the self-care behavior and patient compliance.
