子午流注纳子法穴位按摩对ICU患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的影响

Effect of Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method acupoint massage on enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea in ICU patients

目的探讨子午流注纳子法穴位按摩对ICU患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的预防效果。方法 100例行肠内营养的ICU患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上运用子午流注纳子法进行穴位按摩。比较2组腹泻发生情况。结果观察组腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注纳子法穴位按摩可预防ICU患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method(earthly branch-preion of point selection by midday-midnight flowing of qi-bloodpoint)acupoint massage on enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea in ICU patients.Methods Totally100ICU patients witli enteral nu-trition wereraadomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup,witti50casesineach group.Both two groups received intensive care ad the Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method acupoint mas-sage was carriedoutintheobservation.Theincidenceof enteralnutrition-associateddiarrhea wascompared between twogroups.ResultsTheincidenceofdiarrheawaslowerintheobservationgroup tha that of controls(P<0.05).ConclusionThe Zi\wiliuzhu Nazi methiod acupoint mas-sage shows a potential efficacy in prevention of enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea in ICU patients.
