桥式运动结合针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的效果观察

The bridge-style movement combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke

目的探讨桥式运动结合针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的效果。方法 112例脑卒中后尿失禁患者按住院单双号分为对照组和治疗组,各56例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上采用规范的桥式运动训练并结合针灸。比较2组患者治疗效果,记录治疗前和治疗后患者残余尿量。结果治疗组有效率89.2%,高于对照组的58.9%(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组残余尿量减少(P<0.01)。结论桥式运动联合针灸疗法能有效改善脑卒中后尿失禁与尿频症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of ridge-style movement combined with acu-puncture therapyintreatmentofurinary incontinenceafter stroke.MethodsAtotalof112pa-tients witti urinaryincontinenceafterstroke weredividedintothecontrolgroupandthetreatmentgroup,with56casesineachgroup.Bothtwogroups receivedroutinenursingcare,whilethetreatment group received standard bridge-style exercise training and acupuncture therapy on the ba-sis of the control group.The residual urine volume before and after treatment in2groups were ob-served andcompared.ResultsThe overalleffectiveratewas89.2Jinthe treatment groupandwas58.9%in the control group,witha significantdifference(P〈0.05).The residualurine vol-ume of the treatment group decreasedsi^gnificantl^compaedwitli that ofcontrols(P<0.01).ConclusionThe combination of bridge-style exercise and acupuncture treatment shows effect onthe improvement of urinary incontinence and frequent micturition in patients with cerebral apoplexy.
