摘要
目的探讨冷热交替膀胱冲洗法在预防老年患者术后尿潴留的应用效果。方法术后留置尿管的老年患者113例分为观察组58例和对照组55例。对照组采用常规方法,在患者有尿意时拔管;观察组采用冷热交替膀胱冲洗法冲洗后拔管。比较2组患者排尿情况。结果观察组有4例患者无法自主排尿,采用物理措施后仍有1例患者未能自主排尿,需再次留置导尿管。对照组有12例患者无法自主排尿,采用物理措施后仍有7例患者未能自主排尿,需要再次留置尿管。结论使用冷热交替膀胱冲洗法进行膀胱刺激后拔除尿管,对减少老年患者术后尿潴留的发生风险具有积极意义。
ObjectiveToobservedthealternatecoolingandheatingbladderirrigationinpre-vention of postoperativeurinaryretentioninelderlypatients.MethodsTotally113elderlypatientswith urinary catheterizationwereassignedtotheobservationgroup(n=58)andthecontrolgroup(n=55).Theconventional extubationmettiodwas usedinthecontrolgroup,whilepatientsintheobservation group received alternate hot and cold bladder irrigation before extubation.The urinating condition of patients from two groups was observed.ResultsIn the observation group,4patientswith unable automaticmicturition,inwhichone casewasrepeatedwith catheterization.Inthecon-trol group,12patients had dificult^in automatic micturition,in which7cases were repeated witli catheterization.ConclusionApplication of alternate cooling and heating bladder irrigation cm ef-fectively reduce the risk of postoperative urinary retention in elderly patients.
