造口术前定位对肠造口患者生活质量的影响

The influence of preoperative stoma site marking on quality of life in patients undergoing enterostomy

目的探讨术前造口定位对提高肠造口患者生活质量的效果。方法 80例胃肠外科拟行腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(Miles术)的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组由医生、专业造口治疗师和患者参与进行术前造口定位,对照组按传统方法由医生手术中进行造口定位。比较分析2组患者术后并发症发生率及术后生活质量。结果观察组患者术后生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前造口定位能提高肠造口患者的术后生活质量。

ObjectiveToobserveinfluenceofpreoperativestoma sitemarkingonqualityoflife in patients undergoing enterostomy.MethodsTotally80patients under agoing abdominoperi-neal resection(Miles-operation)wererecruitedandassigned totheobservationgroupandthecontrol group,with40casesineachgroup.Intheobservationgroup,preoperativestomasitemarking was performed by both surgeons and enterostomal therapists.In the control group,stoma site was marked by surgeons during operation.The quality of life after enterostomy was evaluated by EORTC QLQ-C30scale.ResultsThe QLQ-C30score was higher in the observation groupthan that of control group after enterostomy(P<0.05).ConclusionPreoperative stoma sitemarking can improve the postoperative quality of life in patients undergoing enterostomy.
