强化健康教育在病毒性肝炎患者护理中的应用

Application of strengthened health education in nursing care of patients with viral hepatitis

目的探讨在病毒性肝炎患者护理过程中强化健康教育的方法和应用效果。方法病毒性肝炎患者102例分为对照组和观察组,各51例。治疗期间,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施强化健康教育。评价干预后患者治疗依从性和生活质量。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能和总体生活质量评分均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在病毒性肝炎患者的护理过程中,强化健康教育对提升患者治疗依从性和生活质量具有积极意义。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of strengthened health education in nursingcare of patientswithviral hepatitis.MethodsAtotalof102patientswitliviralhepatitiswere as-signed tothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup,with51casesineachgroup.Bothtwogroups received routine nursing care during treatment,and the strengthened health education was carried outin theobservationgroup.The treatmentcomplianceandqualityof lifewereevaluatedafter intervention.Results The treatment compliance rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls,with asignificant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had ahigherscoreinphysicalfunction,emotionalfunction,rolefunction,socialfunctionandgeneral well-being compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion In nursing care of patientswithviralhepatitis,strengthenedhealtheducationispotentiallyeffectivetoim-prove the treatment compliance and quality of life.
