摘要
目的探讨化疗患者PICC置管率低的原因分析及护理对策。方法对2014年12月—2015年12月收治的80例患者采用回顾性分析方法,评估PICC置管率低的原因;对患者实施综合性的护理干预,记录护理效果。结果导致置管率低的原因分析,因置管操作方法错误占38.75%,因输液工具选择错误占28.75%,因置管操作培训不到位占18.75%,因置管监督工作不到位占7.50%,因宣教不到位导致患者自身拒绝占6.25%。结论化疗患者PICC置管率低受多种因素共同影响,应针对患者积极健康宣教,同时加强护士置管操作的培训和监督。
Objective To investigate the potential reasons of low catheterization rate of pe-ripherallyinsertedcentralcatheter(PICC)inpatientswithchemotherapyand relatednursingmeasures.MethodsTo retrospectively analyze the clinical data of80patients with chemothera-py via PICC.The potential reasons of low catheterization rate were analyzed,and related compre-hensive nursingmeasureswerecarriedout.ResultsReasons oflow catheterizationratemainlyinclud/d inappropriat/cath/t/rization m/thod(38.75%),inappropriat/cath/t/rization tools(28.75%),lacking training(18.75%),insufficient mornitoring(7.50%),inadequate health education(6.25%).ConclusionIt is required to provide health education on PICCfor patientswith chemotherapy,and to enhance the training and monitoring on catheterization among nurses.
