舒适护理在内镜下结肠息肉切除术中的应用体会

Comfortable nursing care for patients with endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps

目的探讨舒适护理在内镜下结肠息肉切除术中的应用效果。方法 28例结肠巨大息肉患者均行内镜下结肠巨大息肉切除术,同时予以围术期舒适护理干预。结果 28例患者肠道准备清洁度均为甲级,术后住院期间均未出现穿孔和出血并发症。结论在内镜下结肠息肉切除术中应用舒适护理可减轻患者痛苦,对促进患者早期康复有积极意义。
