摘要
针对某型燃气轮机定向凝固材料涡轮转子叶片蠕变计算分析的需要,提出了改进的θ映射模型用于模拟定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ125材料的纵向蠕变行为,采用Levenberg-Marquardt优化算法,提取了相应的蠕变材料参数,并将自行编制的Umat子程序嵌入Abaqus有限元软件,对DZ125材料的蠕变行为进行模拟,计算结果与实验数据较好地吻合,验证了改进的θ映射模型的正确性。
The improvedθmapping model is put forward to simulate the creep behavior of the directional solidification Ni-based superalloy DZ125as for the creep problem of a gas turbine rotor blade.The corresponding material constants are extracted by using the Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm.And the FE program Abaqus has been used and the model is written using a User Material subroutine(Umat).The creep behavior of DZ125is simulated,and calculation results fitting well with experiment dataverifies the correction of the improvedθmapping model.
