摘要
在阐述语法隐喻的概念和相关研究的基础上,指出语法隐喻对大学英语教学尤其是阅读教学的重要启示作用,并对其在大学英语阅读课程教学中的应用进行探讨,以帮助学生提高英语思维认知能力和阅读水平。
Based on the elaboration of the concept of the grammatical metaphor and related researches,this paper introducesits enlightenment to the teaching of college English,in particular the teaching of reading.In addition,itprobes into its application in the teaching of the reading course of college English,to improve students^English cognitiveabilities and reading comprehension competence.
