摘要
介绍一种谐波成分低微的双层同心式绕组的应用,它主要是利用不等匝绕组使槽电流按正弦规律分布,得到近似于正弦波形的磁势曲线,能最大限度地减少磁势中有害谐波的含量和削弱高次谐波的幅值。通过样机试制,验证双层同心绕组可有效地改善磁势波形,降低电机的杂散损耗,提高电机效率,在一定程度上能减少电机材料用量。
This paper introduces the application of the low-harmonic double-layer concentric winding,which canmake use of the winding with unequal turns to realize the sinusoidal distribution of the cell current and get magneticpotential curves similar to sinusoidal wave forms.The winding can reduce the content of harmful harmonics in themagnetic potential and weaken the amplitudes of higher harmonics to the greatest extent.The trial-production of theprototype has verified that the winding can effectively improve the wave forms of the magnetic potential,decrease thestray losses of the electric motor,enhance its efficiency and cut down the amount of the materials needed to produceit to some degree.
