摘要
从培养城市电网建设的大土木观、建设城市理念、设计价值回归和优化服务形式等4个方面,阐明新形势下电力设计企业如何依据特定环境进行特色化发展。
This paper introduces the special development for power design enterprises in the new situation in the aspectsof the cultivation of the great civil concept for the construction of the urban power grid,the construction of theurban concept,the return of the design value and the optimization of forms of service.
