Food safety service system under big data and the Internet of things

为了打破食品安全现状,获取食品安全实时数据、超大规模信息处理能力、异构环境信息传输和使用能力,将物联网、大数据与食品安全结合,首先概述环境下食品安全服务系统及成果,其次研究需求,随后提出系统在物联网下总体架构和大数据下信息处理模型,最后进行了总结。文中从物联网和大数据角度探索食品安全,成果既增强食品安全数据的有效性和意义,又提高食品安全监管的能力和速度,还可以实现异构环境食品安全信息传输和使用。

In order to break the food safety situation and get the food safety real-time data,large scale information processing ability and the heterogeneous network and terminal transmission and use of information,it needs to combine the food safety system,the Internet of things and big data.The paper firstly outlines the technologies,secondly analyzes the system demands and the Internet of things architecture,thirdly proposes the food safety information processing model under big data,finally makes the summary.The article made some beneficial discussion on food safety from the angles of the Internet of things and big data.The results enhance the effectiveness and significance of food safety data,improve the ability and speed of food safety supervision,and achieve the transmission and use of heterogeneous environmental food safety information.
