各型脂肪肝患者肝功能指标的变化研究

Study on changes of liver function in patients with various types of fatty liver

目的探讨肝功能指标变化与脂肪肝的相关性，为脂肪肝的防治提供科学依据。方法对该院1040例体检人员进行B超检查，依据检查结果将体检人群分为脂肪肝组和健康组，分别进行肝功能生化指标检测，并对数据进行统计分析。结果男性脂肪肝组丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST)、7-谷氨酰氨基转移酶（GGT)、胆碱酯酶（CHE)、腺苷酸脱氨酶（ADA)高于男性健康组（P<0.05),而男性脂肪肝组碱性磷酸酶（ALP)与男性健康组相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05);除ALP夕卜，ALT、AST、GGT、CHE、ADA水平均随着脂肪肝的严重程度而不断增高。女性脂肪肝组ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、CHE'ADA均高于女性健康组（P<0.05)，ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、CHE、ADA水平均随着脂肪肝的严重程度不断增高。结论ALT、AST、GGT、CHE、ADA可能在脂肪肝诊断中具有潜在的应用价值。ALP用于女性脂肪肝的诊断具有一定的指示作用，而在男性脂肪肝的诊断中不具有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between liver function index and fatty liver,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver.Methods1040cases of physical examination in the hospital were examined by B-ul-trasound,and divided into the fatty liver group and the health group according to the examination results.The biochemical indexes of liver function were detected,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results The level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)as-partate aminotransferase(AST),gamma glutamyl transferase(GGT),cholinesterase(CHE)and adenylate deaminase(ADA)of the male fatty liver group were higher than those in the male healthy groups(P<C〇.05).The level of ALP was no significant differ-ence between the male fatty liver group and the male healthy group(P>0.05).In addition to ALP,the levels of ALT,AST,GGT,CHE and ADA increased with the severity of fatty liver.The level of ALT,AST,GGT,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),CHE and ADA of the female fatty liver group were higher than thatof the female healthy group(P<C0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,CHE and ADA all increased with the severity of fatty liver.Conclusion ALT,AST,GGT,CHE and ADA may be of potential value in the diagnosis of fatty liver.ALP plays an important role in the diagnosis of fatty liver in women,but not in the diagnosis of male fatty liver.
