经尿道电切术在泌尿外科中的临床应用

Clinical application of urethroelectrotomy in urinary surgery

目的研究经尿道电切术在泌尿外科中的应用效果。方法选取接受泌尿外科手术患者50例作为观察组，采用经尿道电切术进行治疗；另选取同期应用其他术式进行治疗的泌尿外科疾病患者50例作为对照组，观察2组的手术治疗情况。结果观察组手术情况及术后恢复状态均明显优于对照组。结论经尿道电切术对泌尿外科疾病患者具有十分明显的治疗效果，对领后也有积极的影响。

Objective To study the effect of thetransurethral electric cut method in urinary surgery.Methods50patients un-dergoing urological surgery were selected as the observation group and was treated by thetransurethral electric cut method.In addi-tion,50patients at the department of urologywere selected as the control group and was treated by other surgical methods.The sur-gical treatment of the2groups was observed.Results The state of operation and postoperative recovery observation group were obviously better than the control group.Conclusion Thetransurethral electric cut method has a very obvious curative effect on pa-tients at the department of urology,but also has a positive impact on prognosis.
