利维爱与替硝唑片联合治疗老年女性尿道炎的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of livial and Tinidazole tablets in the treatment of senile urethritis in women

目的观察利维爱与替硝唑片联合治疗老年女性尿道炎的的临床效果。方法选择2015年12月-2016年12月该院收治的老年女性尿道炎患者102例，按随机数表法分成对照组和观察组，分别进行替硝唑片治疗和利维爱与替硝唑片联合治疗，观察两组患者血清雌激素水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗后血清雌激素水平分别由原来的（14.62士4.11)pg/mL和（14.97±5.01)pg/mL上升到（16.21±4.51)pg/mL和（20.62±6.11)pg/mL,观察组雌激素恢复效果显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<〇.05)。观察组的显效率和总有效率分别为48.21%、96.43%显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。治疗过程中，观察组不良反应发生率为7.14%(4/56),对照组不良反应发生率为14.29%(8/56),差异有统计学意义（f=4.15,P<0.05)。结论利维爱与替硝唑片联合治疗老年女性尿道炎，能有效增加患者血清雌激素水平，降低不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of levi and Tinidazole tablets in the treatment of senile urethritis in women.Methods102patients with senile urethritis in women in the hospital from December2015to December2016divided into the con-trol group and the observation group according to the random number table method..The control group were treated with Tini-dazole tablets and the observation group were treated with Tinidazole tablets and livial.The levels of serum estradiol,clinical effica-cy and adverse reactions were observed.Results SThe serum estrogen levels in the2groups were increased from the original(14.62士4.11)pg/mL and(14.97士5.01)pg/mL to(16.21士4.51)pg/mL and(20.62士6.11)pg/mL.The effect of estrogen recovery in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<C0.05).The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were48.21%and96.43%respectively and significantly higher than that of the control group(P<C〇.05).In the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were7.14%(4/56)and14.29%(8/56),the difference was statistically significant(^2=4.15,P<C0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of senile urethritis in women,livial and Tinidazole tablets can effectively increase the serum es-trogen levels and reduce adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
