摘要
目的:研究应用高压氧(HBO)联合银杏叶片提取物(EGB761)治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效及机制。方法:纳入2013年12月至2016年6月南京脑科医院初诊断AD患者共120例,按随机数字法将120例患者随机分为对照组、HBO治疗组、EGB761治疗组、HBO联合EGB761治疗组。所有患者治疗前后进行MMSE、ADL、ADAS-Cog量表评估,并抽血检测TGF-β_1、IL-1β、SOD、MDA、GSH-PX水平。结果:HBO治疗组及EGB761治疗组量表评估较基线时评分均有明显的改善;此外,联合使用HBO及EGB761较单用HBO或EGB761治疗改善更明显;HBO组、EGB761组和HBO+EGB76l组的血清SOD活性、GSH-PX、TGF-β_1的含量水平均提高,MDA及IL-1β水平降低,且HBO联合EGB761治疗组血清中相关因子水平的改变更为显著。结论:HBO联合EGB761对改善AD患者认知能力、日常生活活动能力效果确切,可能与其抑制氧化自由基及炎症因子的过度损伤有关。
Objective:T o explore the treatm ent effect and the possible pro te ctive m echanism o f hyp erb aric oxygen(H B0)and the ginkgo b ilo b a e x tra c t(E G B761)in A lz h e im e r disease(A D).M eth od s:0n e hundred and tw entypatients w ere ran do m ly d iv id e d in to4groups in c lu d in g co n tro l g ro u p,H B0g ro u p,EG B761group and H B0+E G B761group.A ll patients w ere estim ated by M M S E,A D L and A D A S-C o g.The levels o f T G F-!,I L-1!,S0D,M D A and G S H P X were detected before and after treatm ent.R esults%In ou r re se a rchbeen improved in the treatment of HBO and EG B761,and the combination showed the SO D,GSH.P X and TGF_!i were increased in H BO,EGB761and HBO+EGB761group,compared with the controlgroup,and the levels of MDA and IL_1p were reduced(!<0.05).Further,the combination of HBO andEGB761showed the b eter compared witli the HBO group and EGB761group,resj^ectively.C on of cognition and daily life in AD patients can be improved by combination of HBO and EGB761in our study,which may be association wit!i the inhibition of oxygen free radical and inflammatory factors by HBO and EGB761inducing the excessive damage.
