快递企业物流运作能力与供应链绩效关系的实证研究

摘要 近年来快递企业得到了非常迅速的发展,并且逐步深入到人们的生活之中。但是在快递服务的过程中还存在着诸多的问题,并严重影响到快递企业的可持续发展。本文就快递企业的物流运作能力与供应链绩效这两者的联系进行了分析研究。
