坦索罗辛联合冲击波体外碎石对输尿管上段结石的治疗效果观察

The Effect of Tamsulosin Combined with Extracorporeal shock wave Lithotripsy for the Treatment of Upper uUreteral Calculi

目的:探讨观察坦索罗辛与冲击波体外碎石联合应用治疗输尿管上段结石的效果。方法:按照随机、均等原则将入选的126例输尿管上段结石患者分为联合组和对照组,各有63例患者。给予对照组冲击波体外碎石疗法,给予联合组坦索罗辛与冲击波体外碎石联合疗法。对比两组的住院时间、治疗费用、临床总有效率、肾绞痛发生率、结石排除时间及结石排净率。结果:联合组住院时间和结石排除时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);联合组临床疗效等级数据与对照组间存在显著差异(P<0.05),且前者临床总有效率高达98.41%,明显高于后者的84.13%,差异显著(P<0.05);联合组结石排净率(96.83%)明显高于对照(82.54%)(P<0.05),且前者肾绞痛发生率(3.17%)显著低于后者(15.87%)(P<0.05)。结论:坦索罗辛联合冲击波体外碎石治疗输尿管上段结石可以显著改善临床疗效,且降低肾绞痛发生率。

Objective:To discuss and observe the therapeutic effect of Tamsulosin combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:126cases of patients with upper ureteral calculi were divided into combination group and control group according to the random and equal principle,with sixty-three cases in each.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,while the combination group was treated with Tamsulosin combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The duration of hospitalization,costs of treatment,total effective rates,and incidence rates of renal colic,stone elimination time and stone drainage rates were compared.Results:The duration of hospitalization and stone elimination time of the combination group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the level comparison of clinical therapeutic effect between the combination group and the control group(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the former was up to98.41%,which was obviously higher than that of84.13%of the latter(P<0.05).The stone drainage rate of the combination group(96.83%)was obviously higher than that of the control group(82.54%)(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of renal colic of the former(3.17%)was significantly lower than that of the latter(15.87%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tamsulosin combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence rate of renal colic.
