肾细胞癌肺转移伴有原发性肺癌1例

Pulmonary Metastasis in Renal Cell Carcinoma Patient with Primary Lung Cancer:A Case Report

多原发癌(Multiple primary cancers,MPC)是指在人体相同或者不同的器官中存在两个或者两个以上独立的肿瘤原发病灶[1],也被称之为重复癌。多原发癌在国内发病率为0.46%~4.1%^([2-5]),常因其临床特征及影像学特征较难分辨而被误诊为转移癌,因此对于疾病的治疗及预后有着较大的影响。本文将报道1例少见的肾细胞癌、肺癌双原发癌伴有肾细胞癌肺转移的病例,并初步讨论其诊断与治疗。

Multiple Primary Cancers(MPC)are defined by the presence of two or more independent primary malignancy lesions in the same or different organs in an individual patient,also called Repeated Carcinoma.Based on an analysis of several studies,the incidence of MPC was estimated at0.46%to4.1%in all tumor patients.They are often misdiagnosed as metastatic carcinoma because of their indistinguishable clinical and imaging features.Thus,the treatment and prognosis are badly affected.Here we report a case of MPC of renal cell carcinoma and lung cancer with renal cell carcinoma metastasis to lung and discuss the treatment of it.
