摘要
介绍JX300型高铁检测车车体的设计、计算及评定过程,检测车主要为接触网悬挂状态监测检测装置提供安装、作业和检修的一体化平台。根据监测检测装置对车体结构的要求以及工作人员作业的需要,描述车体结构和设计思路。在设计阶段,采用有限元法计算分析车体结构强度,在试制阶段,完成型式试验和车体静强度试验,验证计算结果,最后通过运用考核,表明该车车体满足设计要求。
This paper introduces the design,calculation and evaluation process of the JX300high-speed railway inspection vehicle car-body.The inspection vehicle mainly provides an integrated platform for installation,operation and maintenance of catenary suspension condition monitoring and detection devices.Based on the requirements of the devices on the car-body structure and needs of the staff's work,the car-body structure and design concept are described.At the design stage,use the finite element method,analyzing car-body structure strength.At the trial manufacture stage,complete the prototype test and static strength test,verifying the calculation results.At the final stage,pass the operation evaluation,showing that the carbody meets the design requirements.
