摘要
城市轨道交通8A编组列车,采用空车(AW0)列车救援超载(AW3)故障列车在线路坡度变化大或在较大坡道上突然实施紧急制动时,车钩存在断裂风险。为了解决列车救援工况下车钩受力过大的问题,分析影响车钩受力的主要因素,提出救援工况下控制列车车钩力的具体方法,并在具体线路上对8A编组列车进行现场AW0列车救援AW3故障列车验证,结果证明对车钩受力的控制方法是安全可行的。
Transit train of A type8-car formation uses the empty train(AW0)to rescue the overload fault train(AW3)on big change ramp or on steep ramp,there is a risk of fracture of the couplers when implementing emergency braking suddenly.In order to solve the problem of excessive force onto coupler under rescue train operating conditions,the main factors infl uencing the coupler force are analyzed.This paper puts forward the specifi c method to control train coupler forces under rescue train operating conditions,and verifi es the A type8-car formation train(AW0)rescuing the fault train(AW3)on actual lines.The result proves that the coupler force control method are safe and feasible.
