摘要
针对铝硅合金Na盐变质剂变质时有效时间短的特点,以及使用Ba变质剂时存在潜伏期的问题。围绕Na-Ba联合变质剂对铝硅合金的变质效果进行实验。本文选用ZL106作为研究对象,试验结果表明:与未经变质处理的合金相比,加入Na-Ba联合变质剂后,铝硅合金的共晶组织由粗大的片状或针状转变成细小的纤维状,Na-Ba联合变质剂对组织的影响与Na盐变质剂相类似。但是能有效地延长变质时间,而且使用这种变质剂不存在潜伏期。
According to the characteristic of rapid fading by the effect of Na modifi er in Al-Si alloy and the problem of incubating period with Ba modifi er,in this paper,the experimenting effect of the modifi er by combining Na and Ba salt is studied with ZL106alloy.The experiment results show that the modifi er by combining Na and Ba salt have better modifying effect and longer modifying time without fading and incubating period,which changes the structure of eutectic silicon with bulky fl ake or needle into a tiny short rods or fi brous.
