醇基涂料涂刷性能影响因素研究

Study on influencing factors of brushability of alcohol-based coatings

配制了醇基刷涂涂料,通过正交试验,测试了凹凸棒土、锂基膨润土、聚乙烯醇羧丁醛(PVB)、酚醛树脂、有机硅表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的加入量不同时醇基涂料的涂刷指数,分析凹凸棒土、锂基膨润土、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、酚醛树脂、有机硅表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对涂刷指数的影响,为进一步改善涂料的涂刷性能做好重要的工作。

The contents of different materials to the alcohol-based brush coating were tested by orthogonal test.The effects of attapulgite,lithium bentonite,PVB,phenolic resin,8030substrate wetting agent and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether on the brushing index was analyzed.It was important to further research of the coating brushing performance.
