Engineering practice on waste heat utilization of cooling water from smelting electric furnace

结合铸造车间熔炼电炉冷却水余热利用的工程实例,对电炉冷却水余热利用进行设计研究。余热利用系统充分回收电炉冷却水的余热,并将其用于建筑物冬季空调的热媒制备和浴室淋浴的热水制备。余热利用系统投入使用后效果良好。

Combined with an engineering practice on waste heat utilization of cooling water of smelting electric furnace in the foundry shop,a waste heat utilization system of cooling water of smelting electric furnace is designed and discussed in this paper.The waste heat of electric furnace,which is fully recovered by the the waste heat utilization system,is used to the preparation of the heat medium for winter air conditioning and the preparation of the hot water for shower.The waste heat utilization system shows good effect in use.
